Pearl Academy runs multiple admission cycles within a single academic year — typically four phases spread across January, April, June, and August — to provide flexibility to candidates whose timelines do not align with a single intake. A candidate can apply to more than one cycle at the same time by filling a separate application form for each cycle and paying the respective application fee (Rs. 2,000 per degree application).
Each application is treated independently — the result of one cycle does not carry over to another, and there is no automatic carryover of scores or shortlisting. However, applying early in the year is strongly advisable for two reasons: first, seats in popular programmes and campuses fill up as the year progresses; and second, scholarship seats under the Who's Next Scholarship are awarded on a merit-cum-availability basis.
