Bachelor’s Degree in Product Design

The B.Des in Product Design is ‘project driven’ and follows a ‘hands-on’ approach that equips aspiring designers with a versatile skill set, encompassing design thinking, product innovation and design management driven by adopting cutting-edge technology. The programme aims to create promising and passion-driven product designers who will be job creators in the emerging decentralized modes of mass customization of products, services and systems. Emphasizing sustainability and a global perspective, it readies graduates for the interconnected and ever-evolving IT-driven, product and service industry.

Through robust collaborations with the manufacturing and service sector, and global academia, the programme ensures students are well-versed in meeting expectations of current industry trends.
