This provision is designed to ensure that students appearing in their final board or university examinations are not disadvantaged in the admissions timeline. A candidate awaiting their Class 12 board results or final-year graduation results can register, appear for the entrance exam, attend the personal interview, and receive an admission offer — all before their results are declared.
However, the provisional nature of the admission means it carries a firm condition: self-attested copies of mark sheets and degree/passing certificates must be submitted by 30th September of the relevant year.
Pearl Academy's Student Development Services team will follow up with provisionally admitted students on this requirement. If the documents are not submitted by the deadline — whether because the student has not passed, has not received their result, or has simply not submitted — the provisional admission stands cancelled.
