Scholarship Policy
To recognise and reward meritorious applicants, Creative Arts Education Society (CAES), operating through its constituent academic facilities under the name Pearl Academy, hereby announces the “NIFT Rank Based Scholarship” for eligible applicants seeking admission to its bachelor’s degree programmes for Academic Year 2026.
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the grant and administration of the NIFT Rank Based Scholarship Programme (“Scholarship Programme”). Participation in the Scholarship Programme shall constitute unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the applicant (“Applicant”).
1. Scholarship Eligibility Criteria and Assessment
To be eligible for consideration under the NIFT Rank Based Scholarship, Applicants must:
a. Have successfully completed Class 12 (or equivalent) for bachelor’s programs by July 2026.
b. Appear for and qualify the Creative Arts Education Society Entrance Examination, where applicable.
c. Have qualified in the NIFT Entrance Examination for Academic Year 2026.
d. Have secured a rank between 1 and 1000 in the NIFT Entrance Examination. Applicants are required to submit the valid and verifiable NIFT Entrance Examination scorecard.
e. Be a resident of India.
Creative Arts Education Society reserves the right to determine merit rankings at its sole discretion.
The fee waiver under this Scholarship shall apply only to the semester component fees of the first academic year.
2. Scholarship Duration & Availability
The Scholarship Programme shall be applicable only for first-year students admitted in Academic Year 2026.
Scholarships shall be awarded on a limited seat basis and shall remain available until the allocated scholarship seats are filled.
The Scholarship Programme shall commence with the January 2026 admission /examination cycle.
The Scholarship is non-transferable and applicable only at Creative Arts Education Society.
3. Scholarship Benefits
The NIFT Rank Based Scholarship shall be granted as a tuition fee waiver for the first year only, as per the following structure:

4. Scholarship Coverage
Scholarships will be granted as a reduction in semester component fees, covering tuition, academic services, infrastructure, and technology fees, as determined by CAES at its discretion.
5. Disqualification Criteria
Applicants shall be immediately disqualified from the Scholarship Programme if they:
a. Fail to appear for or qualify the Creative Arts Education Society Entrance Examination (where applicable).
b. Provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the application or admission process;
c. Fail to meet the minimum NIFT rank eligibility criteria.
6. Responsibilities of Applicants
Applicants are solely responsible for verifying their eligibility before applying. Discovery of ineligibility at any stage shall result in automatic cancellation of the Scholarship without any claim or compensation.
7. Final Decision
All decisions taken by Creative Arts Education Society and/or its designated authorities, including the Examination Office, regarding eligibility, merit ranking, scholarship grant, or withdrawal shall be final, binding, and non-challengeable.
8. Scholarship Restrictions
Scholarships awarded under this Programme:
a. Shall not be exchanged for cash or cheque or any other consideration;
b. Shall not be transferred to another course, campus, or academic year;
c. Shall be adjusted directly against the student's fee account.
9. Communication of Results
Scholarship decisions shall be communicated to eligible Applicants through email and/or publication on the official website of Creative Arts Education Society.
10. Withdrawal of Scholarship
If a scholarship recipient:
Declines admission, or
Withdraws from the programme after admission, the Scholarship shall stand automatically revoked, and any refund, if applicable, shall be processed strictly in accordance with the standard fee refund policy of Creative Arts Education Society. No scholarship amount shall be refunded in cash under any circumstances.
11. One Scholarship Per Student
A student shall be eligible for only one scholarship or fee waiver scheme in a given academic year.
12. Rights of Creative Arts Education Society
Creative Arts Education Society reserves the right to modify, amend, suspend, withdraw, or
discontinue the Scholarship Programme or any part thereof at any time, without prior notice, and
without assigning any reason.

This document does not create any vested right or entitlement in favour of any Applicant.
This policy is issued without prejudice to any rights, remedies, or powers of Creative Arts Education Society under applicable law.
To recognise and reward academically meritorious applicants, Creative Arts Education Society (“CAES”), which operates through its constituent academic institutions under the brand Pearl Academy, announces the Board Merit Scholarship for applicants to its undergraduate (Bachelor’s) programmes for Academic Year 2026.
The terms and conditions set out herein (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the Board Merit Scholarship Programme at Creative Arts Education Society. By participating in the scholarship program, the applicant (hereinafter referred to as the "Applicant") agrees to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. Scholarship Eligibility Criteria and Assessment
To be eligible for the Board Merit Scholarship, an Applicants must:
a. Have successfully completed Class 12 (or equivalent) by July 2026 for admission to Bachelor’s programmes.
b. Have appeared for and passed the Class 12 Board Examination conducted by CBSE, ICSE, or any State Board recognised under the Council of Boards of School Education in India (CBSE).
c. Have secured an aggregate score of 90.01% or above in the Class 12 Board Examination.
d. Have applied for admission to Bachelor’s programmes for Academic Year 2026 at Creative Arts Education Society. No separate application for the Scholarship is required.
e. The Scholarship will be granted solely on the basis of Class 12 Board Examination marks and not on the basis of any other examination or assessment.
f. Acknowledge that Creative Arts Education Society reserves the right to determine eligibility, merit ranking and verification of marks at its sole discretion.
g. Understand that the waiver of fees under the Scholarship shall apply only to the first year’s semester component fees.
h. Scholarship shall be offered post successful registration and admission, subject to verification of original academic documents.
i. Be a resident of India.
This Scholarship shall be awarded only to eligible Applicants for the first year of study.
Scholarships for AY 2026 entrants will begin with the January 2026 examination cycle and will end once the allocated seats for the Scholarships are filled. This scholarship is exclusively for Applicants studying only at Creative Arts Education Society and is non-transferable to any other institution.
2. Scholarship Benefits
The Board Merit Scholarship shall provide a fee waiver on the semester component fees for the first year only, based on the applicant’s performance in the Creative Arts Education Society Entrance Examination.

3. Scholarship Coverage
Scholarships shall be granted as a reduction in semester component fees which may include tuition, academic services, infrastructure, and technology fees, as determined by Creative Arts Education Society’s.
4. Disqualification Criteria
a. An Applicant shall be disqualified from the Board Merit Scholarship Programme if the Applicant does not qualify for or fails to appear in the Creative Arts Education Society Entrance Examination.
b. Provides false, misleading, or incorrect information or documents at any stage.
c. Fails to meet the minimum eligibility criterion of 90.01% aggregate marks in the Class 12 Board Examination.
Such applicants will be immediately disqualified from the Board Merit Scholarship Program.
5. Responsibilities of Applicants
Applicants are solely responsible for verifying their eligibility and the accuracy of information submitted. Any ineligibility discovered at any stage shall result in immediate cancellation of the Scholarship.
6. Final Decision
All decisions taken by Creative Arts Education Society and/or its designated authorities, including the Examination Office, regarding eligibility, verification, shortlisting, and award of the Scholarship shall be final, binding, and non-challengeable.
7. Scholarship Restrictions
Awarded scholarships:
a. Shall not be exchanged for cash or cheque.
b. Shall not be transferred to another course, campus, or academic year.
c. Shall be adjusted directly against the student's fees.
8. Communication of Results
Scholarship decisions shall be communicated to eligible Applicants via email and may also be published on the official website of Creative Arts Education Society.
9. Creative Arts Education Society’s Discretion
Creative Arts Education Society reserves the right to withdraw or amend, modify, suspend, any listed scholarship without prior notification and at any point in time at its sole discretion.
10. Withdrawal of Scholarship
If a Scholarship recipient declines admission or withdraws from the programme after admission, the Scholarship shall stand automatically revoked. Any refund, if applicable, shall be processed strictly in accordance with the prevailing fee refund policy. No Scholarship amount shall be refunded in cash under any circumstances.
11. One Scholarship Per Student
A student shall be eligible for only one scholarship or fee concession scheme in a given academic year.

To recognise and support applicants from defence families, Creative Arts Education Society (CAES), operating through its constituent academic facilities under the name Pearl Academy, hereby announces the “Defence Background Scholarship” for eligible applicants seeking admission to its bachelor’s degree programmes for Academic Year 2026.
These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) govern the grant and administration of the Defence Background Scholarship Programme (“Scholarship Programme”). Participation in the Scholarship Programme shall constitute unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions by the applicant (“Applicant”).
1. Scholarship Eligibility Criteria and Assessment
a. To be eligible for consideration under the Defence Background Scholarship, Applicants must have successfully completed Class 12 (or equivalent) for bachelor’s programs by July 2026.
b. Be an applicant whose parent(s) are actively serving in the Indian Armed Forces, including the Indian Army, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, or any other defence force recognised by the Government of India.
c. Have applied for admission to a bachelor’s programme at Creative Arts Education Society for Academic Year 2026.
d. Submit valid and verifiable documentary proof evidencing the active defence service status of the parent(s), in the form and manner prescribed by CAES.
e. Appear for and qualify the Creative Arts Education Society Entrance Examination, where applicable.
f. Be a resident of India.
The Scholarship shall be granted solely on the basis of the Applicant’s defence background, subject to fulfilment of eligibility conditions, and shall not be linked to performance in any external entrance examination. CAES reserves the right to verify all documents, assess eligibility, and determine the grant of scholarship at its sole discretion, and its decision shall be final and binding.
The fee waiver under this Scholarship shall apply only to the semester component fees of the first academic year.
2. Scholarship Duration & Availability
The Scholarship Programme shall be applicable only for first-year students admitted in Academic Year 2026.
A maximum of ten (10) scholarships shall be awarded under this Programme.
Scholarships shall be granted on a first-come, first-verified, and eligibility-confirmed basis, subject to seat availability.
The Scholarship Programme shall commence with the January 2026 admission/examination cycle.
The Scholarship is non-transferable and applicable only at Creative Arts Education Society.
3. Scholarship Benefits
The Defence background Scholarship shall provide a fee waiver of ten percent (10%) of the semester component fees for the first academic year only, subject to the Applicant qualifying the Creative Arts Education Society Entrance Examination, where applicable.
4. Scholarship Coverage
The Scholarships shall be applied as a reduction against semester component fees, which may include tuition fees, academic services fees, infrastructure fees, and technology fees, as determined by CAES at its discretion.
5. Disqualification Criteria
Applicants shall be immediately disqualified from the Scholarship Programme if they:
a. Fail to appear for or qualify the Creative Arts Education Society Entrance Examination (where applicable).
b. Provide false, misleading, incomplete, or fabricated information or documentation at any stage of the application, admission, or verification process.

All decisions taken by Creative Arts Education Society and/or its designated authorities, including the Examination Office, in relation to shortlisting of applicants shall be final, conclusive, and non-challengeable.
