The third course concentrates on detailed restaurant planning and styling, utilizing software such as Photoshop, Sketch Up, and AutoCAD. Students develop concepts for 2D and 3D planning and styling of interior spaces, specifically focusing on restaurant design. Core concepts behind table styling are covered through workshop methodology. Skill development includes proficiency in using design software for space planning and applying concepts to 2D and 3D working drawings.
In the fourth course, students gain conceptual and technical tools to translate curatorial ideas into visual merchandising for brands within physical spaces.
