From the airport (BOM)
International delegates land at Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport. Terminal 2 (international) is only ~2 km from the venue; Terminal 1 (domestic) is ~5 km. Confirm your ticket shows BOM as the arrival airport.
Prepaid Taxi
Fixed, government-approved fares at the official counter inside arrivals. Safest choice for a first visit.
Uber / Ola
From the marked pickup zones at both terminals; usually cheaper, but prices rise at peak times and late at night.
Metro (Line 3)
A station sits inside Terminal 2, and Marol Naka is one stop away. Quick and inexpensive; best with light luggage.
Using the metro: Marol Naka is an interchange station on Line 1 (Blue) and the newer, fully underground Line 3 (Aqua). Line 3 connects directly to Terminal 2, one stop from Marol Naka. It suits fit, light-luggage travellers well; for heavy luggage, evening events, or door-to-door comfort, take a taxi or the conference shuttle instead.

Money
Hotels and larger restaurants accept international cards, but keep some Indian rupees for taxis, tips and small shops. Airport ATMs and currency counters are reliable.
Connectivity

Mid-March in Mumbai is warm and dry — light, breathable clothing works for both sessions and travel.
