Tamanna Chawla is a fashion business academic whose work spans entrepreneurship, sustainability, and strategic fashion management. She brings together industry experience and academic practice to equip students with a nuanced understanding of the evolving global fashion business landscape.
Tamanna holds an MA in Fashion Entrepreneurship and Innovation from the London College of Fashion, University of the Arts London, where she was awarded a full scholarship in recognition of her academic and professional achievements.
Her industry experience includes co-founding Curated Findings, a second-hand fashion resale platform in India that received recognition from leading publications including Hindustan Times, Elle, Vice Media, and Homegrown. She has also worked across ethical fashion production, brand development, and market expansion, including managing production for a designer showcased at London Fashion Week and contributing to the growth of emerging fashion labels.
Alongside her industry work, Tamanna has taught Fashion Business modules at the Fashion Retail Academy, London, and has designed and delivered academic curricula across fashion buying and merchandising, marketing, entrepreneurship, visual merchandising, and business communication. Her teaching integrates real-world industry perspectives with strategic business frameworks, enabling students to understand the commercial, creative, and sustainable dimensions of the fashion industry.
