Bringing over 10 years of rich experience, Ruth Mapgaonkar leads as Senior Faculty and Department Lead AVGC at Pearl Academy. After completing her Masters in Mass Communication from the California State University at San Jose, USA, Ruth followed a career in Media and Advertising for 8 years.
While in the US, Ruth worked on TV networks and brands such as NBC11, Dish Network and Western Union. Returning to India, she joined the leading advertising agency Draft FCB, followed by collaborations with Miditech and Applause Entertainment on Pogo and Sab TV television shows.
Seeking to expand her animation skills, Ruth completed a CG Animation Diploma from FX School, discovering her true passion. An avid lifelong gamer, Ruth fulfilled her dream of gaming at Kreeda Games, developing games across platforms, including F1 for iOS and Yoville for Facebook.
With her robust industry background and creative drive, Ruth brings invaluable insight as an educator preparing the next generation.
