Before joining Pearl Academy full time, she served as a Guest Faculty at NIFT (Kolkata and Mumbai). Her teaching is grounded in real-world retail workflows, integrating buying frameworks, costing logic, negotiation strategies, and range planning through live briefs and sustained industry engagement.
She holds a bachelor’s degree in economics (Honours) and a Master’s degree from NIFT, specialising in Textiles, and is committed to developing industry-ready professionals with a holistic understanding of design, manufacturing, and retail.
