Divam Jain is an academic leader, entrepreneur, and industry practitioner with nearly two decades of experience spanning fashion, luxury, creative business, global sourcing, e-commerce, and higher education. His professional journey is uniquely positioned at the intersection of industry execution, entrepreneurship, and academic innovation, enabling him to bring a contemporary and practice-led perspective to business education.

Throughout his career, Divam has worked across global and Indian fashion ecosystems, with experience in sourcing, merchandising, brand development, and business strategy. He has contributed to India’s early e-commerce growth story through leadership roles at organizations such as LimeRoad.com and FashionAndYou.com, while also gaining deep exposure to international product development and supply chain practices through his work with brands such as J.Jill and Talbots. As Co-Founder of Fabnest, a size-inclusive fashion and lifestyle brand, he has further strengthened his entrepreneurial foundation by building and scaling a business across multiple product categories and growth markets.

At Pearl Academy School of Business, Divam serves as Associate Professor and Department Lead, where he plays a strategic role in curriculum design, industry integration, student development, and academic innovation across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. He is deeply engaged in building industry-embedded learning experiences through masterclasses, live projects, brand immersions, mentorship initiatives, and collaborative academic models that prepare students for the realities of fashion, luxury, lifestyle, and the wider creative economy. His work is guided by a strong belief in bridging theory with practice and creating learning environments that are relevant, rigorous, and future-facing. 

Educated in the United Kingdom and Italy, including a Master’s degree from SDA Bocconi School of Management, Milan, Divam brings a global outlook to his academic and professional work. His areas of expertise include fashion and luxury business strategy, brand management, entrepreneurship, sourcing, consumer experience, and experiential business education. Through his combined experience as an educator and entrepreneur, he is committed to shaping the next generation of business leaders for creative, cultural, and global industries.
