CA. Sapna Jain is a seasoned academician and finance professional with over 27 years of rich experience spanning higher education, professional practice, and industry interface. A Fellow Chartered Accountant (FCA) and M. Com (Distinction), she is currently pursuing her Ph.D., with strong research interests in Accounting, Finance, and the integration of Artificial Intelligence in business education.
She recently joined Pearl Academy School of Business as Professor – Accounts & Finance, bringing with her extensive academic leadership experience. Prior to this, she served as Professor and Area Chair – Accounts & Finance at Jaipuria School of Business, where she led multiple academic and administrative committees and played a key role in curriculum innovation, including the introduction of AI in Accounting.
Her teaching portfolio covers a wide range of subjects such as Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Management, International Finance, Mergers & Acquisitions, Security Analysis, Derivatives, and Financial Statement Analysis. She has been associated with reputed institutions including IMT-CDL, ISBF (LSE Affiliate), IILM, IMS Noida, and several AICTE-approved B-schools, teaching across MBA, PGDM, and professional programs.
CA. Sapna Jain is also the Founder of M/s Sapna Bhupendra Jain & Co., Chartered Accountants, with over two decades of professional practice in audit, taxation, and financial consultancy, including audits of leading nationalized banks.
She has authored five finance books, published case studies internationally, contributed book chapters, presented research papers at leading conferences including IIMs, and regularly conducts workshops and faculty development programs. Her academic approach blends rigorous theory, industry relevance, and emerging technologies, preparing students for leadership in a rapidly evolving business environment.
