With 7+ years of filmmaking experience under his belt, Onkar Agarwal is an esteemed Faculty of Filmmaking at Pearl Academy. After completing his Diploma in Filmmaking at FX School, Onkar embarked on an enriching journey, starting as an assistant to Director Ashim Ahluwalia and contributing his talents to the renowned production house Future East Film.
Onkar further honed his skills by working on many advertisement films and at Netflix as a Director's Assistant. Besides, he lent his directorial talents to 16 short films featuring leading European poet Gopi Warrier's works. His creative spirit shines through freelance projects with major brands like Kia Motors and NEXA.
Notably, Onkar's films have garnered recognition with selections at three International Film Festivals, a testament to his creative vision and storytelling abilities. With a robust background across formats from advertising to branded content, he guides students with a youthful passion.
