Raymond Ltd appoints Mr. Deepak Khetrapal as the Chief Operating Officer

Raymond Ltd, largest worsted suiting manufacturer in the world announced appointment of Mr. Deepak Khetrapal as the Chief Operating Officer. Mr. Khetrapal will be based in Mumbai and will take over all the responsibilities of Mr. Pradeep Kumar Bhandari, Group President, Raymond Ltd.

He joined the Raymond Group in April 2007 as President – Corporate & Strategic Initiative.

Mr. Khetrapal has a Honors Degree in Business and Economics and is a MBA from the University of Delhi. With over 31 years of experience, Mr. Khetrapal started his career in the State Bank Of India. He subsequently joined the Turner Morrison Group as Director Finance & Commercial and became the CEO of Steelage Ind. Ltd.

Mr. Khetrapal joined the Raymond Group from Gunnebo AB where he was the President for the Asia Pacific region based in Singapore.

Mr. Carlos as CEO of House of Pearl Bangladesh

Mr. Carlos M. Coene has joined House of Pearl Fashions Ltd for its Bangladesh operations.

He has taken over as Chief Executive Officer and will focus in European market. He will oversee marketing, distribution and sourcing business from Bangladesh.

With 30 years of experience in buying, sourcing, market development, retail, sales, import and export in the apparel Industry, Mr. Carlos M. Coene’s appointment will immensely benefit the marketing, distribution and sourcing arm of the Company.

Before joining, Mr. Carlos has worked with many Companies of repute like Avvivo International, Adidas, Globesend Ltd, British Van Heusen Ltd, Burton Group and Brookland.
